For more than 25 years, the biennial support of our generous donors has enabled Community Partners to advance the mission of supporting our Montgomery County neighbors in their quest for wellness, opportunity, economic mobility and personal growth. A year ago – when we published the Community Partners 2025-2030 Five-Year Strategic Plan – we outlined how our adoption of the cradle-to-career model of service delivery would guide our work going forward.
We realized that to accomplish this ambitious mission we needed a new annual funding model to provide the necessary ongoing level of support. That’s why Community Partners has evolved to an annual fundraising cycle, as outlined in our newly published 2026 Inspire Campaign Prospectus.
The Beautiful Future Ahead
The Prospectus tells the story of an organization that works every day to improve the lives and prospects of our neighbors and make Montgomery County better for all of us. It paints the beautiful picture of how your donations to Community Partners empower young people through education, fuels small businesses and economic prosperity and enhances stability and well-being for families and seniors.
Our work needs your support now more than ever. With an average household income of just over $22,000, Community Partners-funded programs serve some of the County’s most economically vulnerable residents. We are working harder, more creatively and more collaboratively than ever to reach that ever-growing universe. We can do it, but we can’t do it without you.
