- STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics propelling kids of all ages toward better educational opportunities and a brighter future.
- Small Business Development - Offering an intensive 10-week course that teaches highly motivated adults ways to successfully operate a small business; from registration and certifications to marketing and inventory.
- Scholarships and Out-of-School Activities - Giving families and children support and resources that help them reach their educational goals.

OUR STORY:
In 1999, leaders from HOC and community stakeholders came together to form HOCP, the nonprofit arm of HOC. Born from the understanding that families throughout Montgomery County need support if they are to move from vulnerability to sustainability, HOCP provides critical programming and resources that help families, seniors and persons with disabilities move closer toward their vision of success. From the beginning, HOCP has supported innovative programming for youth, job seekers, and families while providing vital resources that help gain housing stability, exit homelessness and attain further education.
