(“HOCP”) is a 501(c)(3) organization formally cooperating with the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (“HOC”) to provide services that strengthen the housing stability and increase the self-sufficiency of low and moderate income families living in the County. Businesses and individuals that decide to make contributions to HOCP will not receive any special access, benefits, or preferential treatment in their dealings with HOC. Conversely, businesses and individuals that do not make contributions to HOCP will not receive any adverse treatment.
