The Empower Project offers arts engagement workshops and leadership training initiatives to equip older adults and teenagers to deliver arts programs to residents of HOC senior communities.

The Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) and Housing Opportunities Community Partners (HOCP) bring school supplies to hundreds of children.

The Tony S. Davis Memorial Scholarship awards made each year change lives. They fuel hope, promise and opportunity for high school graduates living in HOC communities to pursue higher education and lay the foundation for a future of growth.
